Frequently asked questions

Buying an imported vehicle raises fair questions. Here are the ones we hear most.

Buying process

Do I need an account to order?

No. Add vehicles to your cart, submit the request with your phone number, and our team confirms everything on WhatsApp.

Can I see the vehicle before paying?

Yes, and we encourage it. Vehicles in our Douala yard can be inspected in person, and you may bring your own mechanic.

What does 'incoming shipment' mean?

The unit is bought and on the water. We show the loading port and an estimated arrival date; you can reserve it before it lands.

Payment

How do I pay?

By bank transfer or mobile money, arranged directly with our sales team after your order is confirmed. We never request payment through a third party.

Are the prices negotiable?

Listings marked negotiable are open to discussion. Fixed-price units are already priced at our floor.

Is duty included in the price?

For vehicles in our yard, yes — duty, port charges and clearing are already settled. For incoming units we quote the landed total before you commit.

Shipping & clearing

How long does delivery take?

Yard vehicles can be released the same week. Incoming units typically take 35–50 days from the loading port.

Can you deliver outside Douala?

Yes. We arrange onward transport to Yaoundé, Bafoussam, Garoua, N'Djamena, Bangui and Libreville. Ask for a quote with your order.

Warranty & inspection

Is there a warranty?

Many units carry a 3 to 12 month mechanical guarantee, shown on the listing. Its exact scope is written into the sale document.

What is checked during inspection?

Engine compression, gearbox and clutch, suspension, brakes, chassis and underbody, electronics, air conditioning and body alignment.

General

Can you source a specific model?

Yes. Send us the model, budget and timeline and we return a landed-cost quote within 48 hours.

Which languages do you work in?

English and French, on the site and on WhatsApp.
